BiographyJosiah is the eldest son of Baker Lake artist Jessie Oonark. He was adopted out to Natak, Oonark's mother-in-law. His wife, Ruth Qaulluaryuk, produces graphic work, prints and wallhangings; their son, Armand Kannayuk, is a sculptor in Baker Lake.
